Your privacy is important to CM Endurance. How We Collect Your Personal Information
We engage in only a data collection/data processing activities related to your initial sign-up and client intake inform and then via the use of third-party online softwares. This includes “TrainingPeaks” that we use to coach our athletes via their Coaching platform and where our training plans are published for retail. We may also ask you to link any other training platforms or workout tracking applications you use to ensure we have a full picture of your athletic training and performance.
TrainingPeaks have their own Privacy Policy that you can view here. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for TrainingPeaks’ privacy policy or their treatment of your personal data.
Zwift have their own Privacy Policy that you can view here. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for Zwifts privacy policy or their treatment of your personal data.
Only your basic personal data obtained via your client intake form, such as name and email address, will be processed by CM Endurance. We do not routinely collect special categories of personal data.

When using the TrainingPeaks LLC website, should you tick a box to opt in, TrainingPeaks LLC will contact us via email and share with us the name and email address for those people who buy our training plans from the Training Peaks LLC online store.

We answer the emails enquiries and questions received from existing and future customers, but do not use the email addresses for any other purpose than for response.

We use third party administrative products, such as WIX, AWeber, Gmail and Outlook for email and support. For our advertising, we use Meta, Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
How You Can Review, Correct, Update and Delete Your Personal Information
CM Endurance takes all reasonable steps to help ensure that the Personal Information we collect from you is accurate, complete and current. Should you wish to request access to your Personal Information and that erroneous or inaccurate Personal Information be updated, please contact us. You may also request that your Personal Information be deleted where reasonably possible.
CM Endurance will respond promptly to your requests in accordance with any applicable data protection legislation. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.
Please note that we may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. Additionally, as permitted by applicable laws, we may need to retain certain Personal Information for a longer period of time for recordkeeping purposes, such as retaining records relating to your purchases for warranty or accounting purposes.
