Modern training creates endless data: Pace, Power, HR, Recovery scores. But information doesn't create progress. Reviewing your training properly helps identify adaptation markers, fatigue creators and where change is needed.

As a former Team GB Age-Group athlete, Ironman competitor, father of two young boys and someone balancing coaching alongside a career outside of sport, I understand the realities of training around work, family, and everyday life.

I came to coaching through a lifelong passion for sport, performance and helping people improve. My philosophy is simple:

You'll complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering personal details, goals, benchmarking, availability, equipment, background and race schedule
Craig will run through your responses and create a detailed athlete profile for reference and comparison. You'll then get a 30min introductory zoom call to clarify details and set expectations.
Once your TrainingPeaks account is set-up and attached to CM Endurance. You'll get your first weeks training plan added to your calendar.
